I hope all is ok with you. My desk this morning is showing a card I made at a new craft club that has just started in Perth. We meet once a month. Irene very kindly started us off with this lovely card using Tilda.
This is the front of the card.
This is the inside.
We all had a lovely afternoon, chatting, getting to know one another. Swapping ideas, we had a raffle. We did a die-cut swap. Someone made home-made cakes. The afternoon passed so quickly, I can't wait till the next meeting.
If you would like to join in with WOYWW, go to Julia's blog - The Stamping Ground. I hope you all have a good week, whatever you are doing.
Thanks for taking the time to have a look.
Oops. Just realised I pressed the wrong button and have published this post a day early. Have a busy day tomorrow - that's why I'm doing this on a Tuesday!

What a sweet card Kath - and what a fab way to spend an afternoon. Can't help it, every time I visit here I think at first glance that your divided tool carrier is made from metal and I have to zoom in for a closer look in case I need one. (I do!)
ReplyDeleteHi Kathleen

I really like the style of this card. I also like how you keep your tape on the coffee mug holder. I may have to look for one of those for my various tapes, none of which are like yours. (#1)
ReplyDeletelovely Tilda card, thanks for the peek

What a fantastic card Kathleen - I love the layout. Also - what a lovely thing that you are getting out and about to all these crafting events. I am thinking of looking into whether there is anything round me and if not, maybe starting something. The venue that would be ideal is a church rooms that has been modernised since i used to go regularly as a child - and Stephanie Weightman lives in the manor house right next door. I could invite her as a celebrity guest when she's at home!!! what do you think the chances are of her coming. I've seen her in the pub next door a time or two and at an event at the local school so there is always a chance!!!
ReplyDeleteSorry for not coming by your blog more often but i'll try harder!!!
