Get Well Soon

I hope you are all having a lovely Saturday.  What a miserable day it has been here.  The sun is just coming out now.  I have spent a lovely afternoon in my craft room.  Hubby is away out playing golf in the rain!
I made this card for a friend of mine who is not well.  I got the inspiration from Creative Cardmaking magazine using Marianne Creatables doily dies.  I was so pleased the way it turned out.
And this little Easel Card was made just for the fun of it.
I hope you like them.
Thanks for popping by.
Happy Easter.

A hole in one

Hello all.  What a glorious day it has been today.  I hope it lasts for a wee while at least.
I was asked to make a man's card (I hate making men's cards) for a 65th birthday and he likes golf.  I used free papers from Creative Cardmaking.  I think it is a docraft stamp.  Some ribbon from my stash.
I am going to enter it into the following challenges -
Top Tip Tuesday - Open Challenge
A Spoonful of Sugar - Let's Celebrate
Papertake Weekly - Spots and Stripes
Bunny Zoe Crafts - One for the Boys
Ladybug Crafts Ink - Anything goes
Please let me know what you think.  Enjoy the rest of your evening.

Flashback Friday

Flashback Friday are running a challenge where you have to post your first project with stitching on it (real or faux).  I made this easel card last year on 14th May.
I used Polychromo pencils to colour in Tilda.

I especially liked the bunny punch.  This card was made at a craft class.
The challenge closes on 29th April.
I hope you like it
Thanks for popping by.

More than 1 fold

Hello everyone and I hope you are all well.  Yesterday I took the grandchildren to the zoo and as everything is on a hill, we had quite a climb resulting in sore muscles today.
I made this card last Sunday at my craft club and thought I would enter it into Moving along with the times challenge - more than 1 fold.
It was quite a fun card to make with lots of bits and pieces. I will certainly try it again.   Hope you like it.
Thanks for popping by.

Buttons and Bows

Hello everybody.  It's Friday again.  Hasn't it been a quick week?  I hope you are all well.
I found out this morning that I had won a prize from Complete Cardmaking.  It was two collections from NitWits - Carrot  Patch and Bunny Hop.  They are gorgeous.  Can't wait to use them.
I was crafting with Fiona - lildaffodil last Tuesday.  What a good blether we had.   You really have to have a look at her blog.  She makes beautiful cards.  She gave me inspiration to make this easel/gatefold Easter card.
The papers I used are from NitWits.  A Lili of the Valley stamp coloured in using ProMarkers.  The ribbon, button, flowers and butterfly are all from my stash.
I am going to enter it into the following challenges -
A Spoonful of Sugar - Easter Creations
Flutterby Wednesday - Buttons and Bows
I hope you like.
Thanks for taking the time to look
Have a good weekend.
